Geoff Fitch

Geoff is a founder, senior faculty member, consultant and coach at Pacific Integral, where he helped develop and launch their 18-month development program, Generating Transformative Change, as well as led several organizational change efforts. Geoff is certified to work with several change approaches, including Spiral Dynamics, the Leadership Development Framework, Polarity Management, and Holacracy. Geoff is a Field Center Certified Facilitator and Coach.

After graduating, magna cum laude, from Boston University, in computer science, Geoff worked for 18 years in the high-tech industry, where he launched dozens of new products, guided marketing strategies, and developed people and teams at companies like Sun Microsystems, Adobe Systems, and Rational Software. For over twenty years, he has been an active student of business, philosophy, psychology, and spirituality, including numerous courses of personal work and independent study as well as post-graduate study at Harvard University, Santa Clara University, and Naropa University.
