Ned Hulbert
Ned co-founded the organization development consulting firm Growing Edge Partners in 1978. Since then he has helped leaders, teams and larger collectives in many organizations and across sectors in the US and abroad to prepare for and lead meaningful and effective change during major transitions. His work involves guiding individuals to make positive changes in themselves and with each other in order to gain the authority, knowledge and capacity to lead larger shifts in their organizations. Past clients have included Peace Corps, Social Security, local government, Exxon Chemical, General Foods, United Airlines, Equity Investment Group, Quaker Oats and many social-profit NGOs and independent schools.Ned currently volunteers as a board member for two social-profit organizations and as a member of his town's planning board in New Hampshire. In his earlier work life, Ned was a high school English teacher and coach, a developer of Outward Bound adaptive programs, a manager and organizer for a community action agency, and a manager of a conference center.
